Car enthusiasts everywhere were in shock the day after thanksgiving to hear that Fast and Furious star Paul Malker and his business associate Roger Rodas were tragically killed in a fiery crash when their Porsche lost control and exploded after hitting a pole.
A week later, Street Revoluzoin car club hosted a memorial car meet for the actor. A representative from the car club made a strong appeal for car enthusiasts to be more safe on the road “we gotta stop racing in the streets” “If you have an accident, you never know who’s in the other car, it could be a family”.
Well over 100 cars attended from Georgia and south Carolina, quite an impressive turnout, especially for a Thursday night. The small Sonic parking lot quickly overflowed as car enthusiasts filled the surrounding parking lots and grassy areas to pay their respects. Here are a few photos from the event.
